Terms of service

1. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every purchase at Poof.co (k8befc-ui.myshopify.com and in future poofcleaning.co). By placing an order you agree.

2. Offer and prices

All prices are in euros, including VAT, excluding delivery costs unless stated otherwise. Offers apply as long as they are on the website. Obvious errors or mistakes do not bind Poof.co.

3. The agreement

The purchase is concluded once your payment is confirmed by our payment provider (Mollie or Shopify Payments). You will receive a confirmation email immediately with your order number and invoice.

4. Payment

Payment in advance via iDEAL, Klarna (pay later), Bancontact, card or PayPal. For Klarna their terms apply. Orders are only dispatched after payment.

5. Delivery

Ordered before 16:00, delivered the next working day in NL. BE and DE 2-3 working days. Maximum delivery time 30 days, otherwise you have the right to cancel the agreement and receive your money back within 14 days.

6. Right of withdrawal (cooling-off)

You have 14 days from receipt to cancel the order free of charge without reason. We even offer 30 days money back, even if you've used or washed the cloth. Send the cloth back in an envelope, money back within 5 working days after receipt of the return.

7. Guarantee and conformity

Statutory conformity obligation: the product must do what you may reasonably expect. For defective product: replacement or money back, your choice. No additional commercial guarantee beyond the statutory period.

8. Liability

Poof.co is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect use (microfibre on suede without testing, washing cloth with other fabrics that stain it, etc.). For defective product our liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order.

9. Complaints

Email hallo@poofcleaning.co. We respond within 24 hours on working days. Not satisfied with our handling? Go to the Disputes Committee or the European Union's ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

10. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law designates another court.
