Not satisfied? Send it back within 30 days of receipt, even if you've used and washed the cloth. We'll refund the full purchase amount within 5 working days of receiving the return.
How to send a return
- Email hallo@poofcleaning.co with your order number and the reason (briefly).
- You'll receive a return label by email within 24 hours on working days.
- Print the label, attach to an envelope with the cloth inside (original packaging not required).
- Drop off at a PostNL point.
- Money back within 5 working days of receipt, to the same account as your payment.
Shipping costs
The first return of an order: we pay for the return label. Second and subsequent returns within the same order: €4.95 will be deducted from your refund.
What if the cloth is damaged on receipt?
Email within 7 days with a photo. We'll send a replacement immediately without you needing to return anything.
What if the order isn't what I expected?
No questions asked, just return within 30 days. If you have a tip that helps us improve: complimentary bonus.
Why 30 days, even after use?
Microfibre works differently to a spray, and if it doesn't suit you we don't want you stuck with something that disappears into a drawer. Our refunded cloths are donated to local cleaning services or tested until the fibres give out.
