When will my order be dispatched?
Ordered before 16:00 on a working day: dispatched the same day. After that or at weekends: next working day. You'll receive a tracking email once the parcel has been handed over to PostNL or DPD.
Track & trace
Every order receives a tracking link in your dispatch confirmation email. If the email doesn't arrive: check spam, or email hallo@poofcleaning.co with your order number.
Parcel not received?
Sometimes parcels disappear at the last moment. No need to worry, it's not your problem. Email hallo@poofcleaning.co within 14 days of the expected delivery date, and we'll start an investigation with PostNL/DPD and send you a replacement order at the same time.
Parcel damaged?
Email within 7 days with a photo of the damage and the order number. We'll send a replacement immediately, you don't need to return the damaged product.
Outside NL/BE/DE?
At the moment we only deliver to NL, BE and DE. Other countries will follow once we've set up the logistics for them (probably late 2026).
